NPLW en Stichting Warmtenetwerk werken samen om de warmtetransitie te versnellen. Zo wordt de Warmteprojectentool verder doorontwikkeld. Christien van Verseveld (NPLW) en Sandy Hoogendijk (Stichting Warmtenetwerk) vertellen hoe de tool werkt.
Met deze tool kunnen warmteprofessionals, gemeenten of andere initiatiefnemers makkelijker andere partijen vinden die met een soortgelijk warmteproject bezig zijn. In de Warmteprojectentool vind je warmteprojecten, en je kan er filteren op onder andere RES-regio, temperatuurniveau, omvang van het warmtenet en de status.
Door de Warmteprojectentool te gebruiken, kun je leren van ervaringen die zijn opgedaan in eerdere projecten, waardoor de nieuwe warmtenetprojecten sneller en relatief makkelijker gerealiseerd kunnen worden. Dat is nodig om de grote energietransitieopgave te realiseren.
De Warmteprojectentool bestaat al sinds eind 2021 en is door Stichting Warmtenetwerk in samenwerking met Talent voor Transitie ontwikkeld.
